The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 5
new cookbook for those of us who can't have one thing or another
Posted By: Sandra Mc
I found this book on the internet which is written by a lady who has various allergies and concocted her own cookbook with recipes that replace things such as tomatoes, wheat , corn, etc . with alternatives. I spoke to the author , a Mrs Johnson, and told her I was interested due to following Dr D's book and had she heard of it. She replied "Not only have I heard of it but My whole family is using it." If anyone else is interested , it is not in large stores yet although she did say that Whole Food in Plano,Tx. just ordered a case of them. Generally speaking it is found in small Health food stores in the Chicago area or you can order it from the author by calling 1 888 468 5800 and asking for THe Feel Good Food Guide. It has some great recipes for we poor deprived A's and o"s as well as the others.
