In Response To: Are Flax Seeds highly beneficial for A's? (Jackie Freedman)
Check out "FlaxforLife" by Jade Beutler. Chapter 1
explains just how good flaxseed oil is for you.
She gives countless examples of its benefits.
For example, she writes that scientific research on
women with the highest amount of omega-3 fatty acid
most prevalent in flax oil showed the lowest incidence
of breast cancer and if any of these women had an
existing tumor, those with the highest amount of
omega-3 in their breast tissue still had the lowest
incidence of of the tumor spreading to other tissue(s).
She also writes that studies have also shown that
children who have flaxseed oil added to their diet
do better in school, have better memory, behavior,
Her examples go on and on and included in her book
are recipes for incorporating flaxseed(s) or oil
into your diet. I think using both soy, which you
say you love, and flaxseed could be very beneficial
to you and both are in the A diet.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards, Roxy
