Have you tried Van's Waffles? They are so
delicious and gluten-free. I think they may
have some potato starch, but with only an occasional
indulgence, they are a wonderful store-bought treat. There are various websites as well as a listserv
on Celiac, and a newly setup newsgroup:
alt.support.celiac
From what I've seen on the listserv, the Gottschall's diet
(not sure about the spelling) is too restrictive for us Celiacs.
