Candida "spit test" question

I remember seeing a post a while back on a test you can do to check for candida. It involved spitting into a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning, and seeing what the spit does. (this is the part I dont remember, something to the effect of if it floats or sinks, or separates???) Does anyone know about this at home self-test? What am I looking for? Thanks, Kristy
