Don't see how flax seeds could harm, and they're HB for all the reasons you and Joan mentioned. Doc Andrew Weil is also pro-flax seeds, if you wondered. I have trouble drinking 'em in the B's fluidizer concoction so I put 'em in my oatmeal (which is now ok for O's who are already happy with their weight.) Your posting reminded me of ER4YT and snails -- hope you read that part?
