Don't feel too bad about your initial reactions Wally. I agree with most of what you said, especially about the updates to the diet being in one easy, general location; and that it can sometimes be a real pain to do a search, especially when most of the time it doesn't work and your computer freezes up. And the drool.

But it is a great site nevertheless, with a lot of good information and really intelligent and caring people.
