It appears that we came to this site for the same reason. It is a little discouraging to see the mountain of information that is available here. My initial reaction was a little knee jerk in nature. My initial impatience has turned into curiosity and maybe fascination with this page. I will ease up on the criticism and see what I can do to contribute. The success with the diet continues in just the first two weeks.
