After dramatically raising my groudnut IQ, you may be the one to fill me in on OK sweeteners. I admit it's mostly an academic interest with me, as my sweet-tooth days are over, but:
stevia: how is the sweetener (xcuse ME, supplement, per FDA!) extracted from the stevia herb? fos: where we gettin' it from? generally? or is there one commercially utilized source? veg glycerine: admittedly from coconuts, but are you familiar with it? FOS sounds great for its antioxidant properties, but Ed Reich and others have attested to the unexpected blood-sugar regulatory properties of this "alcohol" of coconut, and that it is lectin-neutral.
