Hey, joe! These are great ideas. Blood type is so commonly known in Japan that it seems somebody must have gotten into this research already; and overeating may be a more general factor in disease for 'developed' countries than we give it credit (or detriment) for.

We might have to sort through the Japanese material (anybody fluent) to sort out for occupations, locale, etc., but it sounds doable for a devotee.

How's your Japanese, joe? And are you still running like a fox?
