The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 5
If HB is Heaven and Avoid is Hell, then is Neutral isn't Purgatory, it's still at the Pearly Gates Waiting to be Judged.

In Response To: Found some important points in the archives that I had forgotten. Maybe I'm no6t the only one... (mlou)
(the gem) " If there is no information on a particular food, it is considered "neutral". That's what knocked my socks off when I read Dr. D's archived words (posting above). (if there is NO INFORMATION on a food it is neutral) - how did this get by me the other times I read it? If we know Anything about a food, we've got it's number - we know if it's good or bad for our type. I sort of assumed we could use the Neutrals like you use carrot sticks in a calorie-counting diet - they were almost freebies, of no consequence. Now I'm thinking that there aren't many shades of grey here, the food is either for us or agin' us or undecided. Am I reading this right?
