Something to avoid... I used a lightener on my hair today with ammonia
in it (L'Oreal) and I thought I was going to pass
out. It was 5 hours ago and my head still feels
like it is on fire. I got sharp shooting pains
in my head and felt like I couldn't breathe.
Talk about frying your brain! Never again!!!
