Use your browser's "search" or "find" function to go through each of the archived boards (from the main page) and each of the active boards, using CFS as a keyword. There are lots of postings.
Also try "immune" as a keyword, and "tired" or "fatigue." There's lots of stuff here, but sometimes we don't change the subject line in a thread to reflect the new topic being discussed. Oh! Also, try "Ed Reich," because he has a lot of knowledge from his nutritionist and many other sources on bringing a sick body up to par. Very best of luck to you, and welcome!! cheerio heidi
