Hi!! I am new to the forum and have read alot of what is on this site and have read the book. I did not know my blood type at first and thought I must be a B because Dr. D'Adamo said that b's ten to get Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the woman in the book who was a B with CFS started feeling better in a week!!! So of course I wanted to be a "B". So I started eating exactly like a "B" with the dairy and such. Well arthritis flaired up quickly and I knew that I had to be tested. While waiting for the results I had an intuitive feeling that I was an "O" and dreading it because I had eaten so little animal flesh my adult life and didn't even know how to cook it!!! When it was confirmed that I was an "O", it made sense that I felt so terrible feeding on pastas and bread and crackers for years. I have been perusing the Type O Forum and the archives for anything about CFS, but I haven't read much on O's and CFS. I haven't worked for 5 years and hope to soon. It has taken me almost a year to wean myself from wheat and corn! I still have sugar cravings and give myself a small piece of candy. I have to have my one cup of coffee in the AM. I would like to hear from others like me. I really feel that my health condition has to do with being vaccinated for polio and the SV-40 virus. That with being raised on milk which I hated but was forced to drink and white bread (I am 42). STRESSFUL childhood, etc. I have read alot in the past 5 years (I was a flight attendant-many are dropping like flys), and really loved finding Dr. D's book. I wish I could go see him but I read that the wait is a year! I just moved to Austin, TExas area and would love to find an N.D. here that uses his findings. Pardon my typing. I am new on this computer stuff. Susan M.
