The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 5
Regarding toothpaste ....
Posted By: Sue
I was at Whole Foods looking for a good toothpaste and had a very hard time figuring out which had the right ingredients. I guess I haven't been able to do enough research to know exactly what's what -- both good and bad.
I think I have read that fluoride and sodium lauryl sulfate are bad, but I don't know why. So, why are they bad? Also, does it matter if the toothpaste is not ingested? Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
