Recipe Exchange

Please be very, very careful when reviewing the Recipe Exchange. There are recipes out there that haven't been verified.

I found a recipe for carrot cake (bars?) that is purportedly acceptable to Bs. Unfortunately, it includes cinnamon, which is an Avoid for Bs.

If you're going to post a recipe, please either double-check them for other types or simply mark off your own type. I was very disappointed I couldn't try this one, and I'd like to save others from similar disappointment.
