As you search through the site, you will find requests for status of many, many foods. Many of these requests come from people in different parts of the world, where they have never heard of 99% of the foods that are on the current lists. The placement of foods on the lists is not a matter of a coin toss, but the result of painstaking and detailed literature searches, lab tests, observations and time. Patience Please. Also, one cannot compare the qualities of one food with another. As an example, you used olive oil in comparison to olives. On the other end, comes peanuts, which are beneficial for A's, yet peanut oil is an avoid. So soy oil remains an unknown. best wishes, steve shapiro
