Thanks, Joan for the answer! No one else even bothered, although they will ask the most easy questions in the world, and people bother with them ("I'm a B and if I can't have spaghetti sauce, what do I put on pasta?") but the slightly difficult ones, never.
I wish we could get an answer on soybean oil because it's in so many things. I used to work in the food industry, and we made additives for oil "to prevent oxidative rancidity" i.e., to keep oil from going bad. All our blends were made with soybean oil because it was very cheap and very healthy compared to corn oil. So its use is more widespread than people think! We need an answer.
