No, actually , my B- hubby proofs himself. Actuall y my daughter lives in Bosnia, and she has a limited variety of foods available to her. This made me think of your post which I had read, but could not remember how it was exactly. I just thought, since I had read there are tests to see if all avoids on ones list are actually a problem for that person ,that maybe there might be a simple home test available. The question of tomatoes came up because my daughter read a post form Stephen,(our terrific research scientist) saying that althought he is an A, he eats tomatoes and doesn't have any problems from them. This confused her because she had understood that tomataoes are particularly bad for A's due to bad lectins , not due to other factors.I must say that it confused me also. Anyway , we were hoping for a test to verify or at least a way of tellng if you are sensitive to a certain food because of lectins or other dangerous factors. She thought there might be a sign of how one feels after eating something which is not good for their particular type and wanted to know how to recognize that. Any ideas would be appreciated. DR.
