I am a Type O and need suggestions for a specific enzyme product. I'm not only sensitive to all dairy, which I've given up, but I'm also having difficulty digesting meats since I was pretty much a vegetarian prior to starting ER4YT a few weeks ago. I'm currently testing Similase (made by Tyler) which is too expensive for my pocketbook and which does not seem to cover all the sensitivies I'm experiencing, such as meals with meat and especially meat and fruit combinations.The sheer number of enzyme products on the shelves is overwhelming, and I certainly don't feel qualified to make appropriate choices at my novice status. Professionals seem reluctant to recommend specific products -- evidently because of the 'promotion' aspect, or who knows why. Isn't there a way around that where I can get specific product recommendations, such as 'A Enzymes' made by ABC Company. I'd really appreciate it.
