Being somewhat of a newcomer (4 months of ER)
I find I don't participate in the boards anymore,
other than doing some VERY selective lurking.
I look to this site for encouragement and guidance.
I have read the book. I have searched the archives.
If I still have questions I don't want to be afraid to
post them. Thank you to all of the kind individuals
who genuinely care about helping the participants
of this board (especially the newcomers), and to the
other 2 percent...go ahead and check my grammar and
spelling and flame me if you have nothing better
to do with your time.
