A while back, you answered a post and talked about a test one does, to show a reaction to wheat. It was something like making a paste of the wheat and then putting bood on it and stirring and watching to see if it clumps. Can that be done to test any food ? Also, is it just for O types or all types that can use it. Please elaborate. I want to test myself for tomatoes to see what reaction it may cause. Would I be able to tell if I could eat tomatoes even though it is an avoid for A's like myself? Thanks Heidi. Best wishes , Sandra
