Hi, I've seen a cookbook of Shaw's favourite recipes in several local bookstores - though he was a vegetarian, going by these recipes he seemed to eat lots of dairy. Also, I have no hard evidence for this (anyone?) but I've been told that he ate a large serving of liver every week, on the advice of his doctor. Seems like a good way to get most of the nutrients that he might be missing, even if he were type O. (If he hadn't eaten dairy, I can't see how he would have got enough protein - somehow I doubt there was a lot of tofu, chick peas, etc. served in Victorian England )Eleanor
