ER4YT Sales Analysis

Having given copies to libraries, schools, farmers, whole foods store proprietors and friends, I figured that the high sales figures must be due to lots of folks doing the same thing -- spreading the word.

Other mechanisms are at work, however. A quote from birdie (with permission):

"I picked up a new copy of ER4YT today... my other copy went to my doctor ages ago and she wont give it back!!!"
[emphasis added]

Hmmm - my gynocologist might like one....
