success stories from same age group. I am 78, in basically good health , very active, and my daughter has convinced me to go on the ER4YT diet. I am interested in knowing if anyone out there, with the same situation, has any suggestions for me. I want to make a smooth transition with as few problems as possible and also don't want to shock my system. Please answer. Any and all replys will be appreciated. Thanks, Allen S.
