Readers, this post contains a wealth of information, which is very accurate.
Many people use the term allergy for the food problems which Charlene has properly called food intolerances. Of course, some people are allergic to milk, but most milk problems (and according to Dr.Elson Hass, nearly 1/2 of the world's population) are because people are lactose intolerant.
