The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 5

A note, and a couple of other notes

In Response To: Re: Pork and updates/corrections to the food lists. (Wally)

Wally, by now you have probably seen Steve Shapiro's post regarding the FAQ section (which will include whatever updates are available, correction of typos, and a variety of other stuff!) in response to a thread you participated in on the B/AB board. It's in the works, so let's free the overburdened storage mechanisms of this site from enormous posts about it!

I personally am deeply sorry about the salmon confusion. It's not that eating salmon for a month will totally undermine your health; it's that the confusion has undermined your and others' confidence level with the diet. I also regret the presence of the "drool." It serves one individual's emotional needs nicely, and precious little else except for making this board -- how did one poster put it? full of "ugly bickering." Not a great advertisement for Dr. D'Adamo's representative on the Net.

Anyway, welcome, and hope (many!) things improve!!! In the meantime, the archives really are worth visiting, when you get the chance. ;->
