I am a Type O but posting to general board in hopes of finding others who
have faced my dilemma. My PSA check showed it to be elevated and MD has
scheduled a biopsy. Don't like anything invasive but will go ahead to find
out what the situation is. By coincidence, about a week after being told to plan
on a biopsy, I heard about and have read a book "Prostate Health in 90 Days
without drugs or surgery" by Larry Clapp, PhD, JD. Has anyone out there
followed his plan, a key part of which is the "Ultimate Fast" consisting of
8 days of nothing but a lemonade type drink. I'm concerned about weight loss
on an 8 day fast and would like to find someone who has tried this process.
