Note the fact that Peter recommends a calcium supplement and lots of leafy green veggies for type Os. It's even more important for women and growing children than it is for men. The supplementation is of course suggested primarily as a substitute for the dairy foods that are missing from the type O diet but as others have mentioned before, another good source is the green leafy veggies (which is where the cows and other animals get it from).
