The soy milk mentioned by Beth, White Wave Silk, is the best I've heard of. I have been using it for three months. I found mixing 2/3 white with 1/3 chocolate soy was very drinkable. It is found in the dairy section of the store. I read in a mag. article that it was good for lowering cholesterol and I've found that to be true. One cup a day lowered mine from 254 to 210 in five weeks. Other people I know have had the same good results. I had colon cancer last spring and soy is also good for protection from certain cancers.
