Many questions are repeats, which Dr. D'Adamo has answered either
on a Board or in the ER4YT book. There are some questions to which
no one has an answer - either the research has never been done on
a general question, or a person needs help too specific to be addressed
here. I agree that we don't need to digress on topics less-than closely related
to the health insights of ER4YT. If we do diverge a bit, we'd better provide a chain-of-evidence
that leads from one to the other. I'll try, anyway.
