Hi Patrice,
That's true, but freezing should not be done so one can consume unfit meat. The freezing is for insurance, just in case a parasite gets by unseen by the trained certified eye. Of course, if you masticate your food completely, and you have a strong, healthy digestive system, that should also handle most parasite quite well. Bon Appetite, Paul...
