Here is an article on CFS and low blood volume. http://chat.abcnews.com/chat/chat.dll?Chat?room=abc_fatigue (The question marks are not slash mistakes!) Anyway, perhaps low blood volume would contribute to lymphatic congestion. I think I have a gross case of low blood volume, but my symptoms are not the norm. People with low blood volume usually have low blood pressure as I recall, and they get dizzy when they stand up too fast, etc. My vitality rate is so high that I don't have orthostatic hypotension. I've got really nasty "sicca" (dryness) symptoms though. I have tinnitus and foggy thinking too. It can be part of the fibromyalgia syndrome/chronic fatigue picture. I used to have chronic fatigue really bad, but learned to omit the foods that taxed me and have tried to get as much sleep as I possibly can, etc. Mary J.
