In Response To: Estrogen overload (Martha)

I'm not sure where you can find the herbal formulas I mentioned. You might try calling the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine at 415 282-7600, they give referrals to local professional associations and practitioners. I've been doing really well on half an estrogen patch so it was all that estrogen causing the hypoglycemia. I think I;m somewhat hypoglycemic anyway , but the excess estrogen made it worse. What in the world do you eat? Are you able to follow the type B diet since you are allergic to so many things? I switched to the type O diet even though I am B and it worked better for my hypoglycemia. Now I am back on the B diet and just added alot more meat. I have an autoimmune disease so I'm not sure about eating so much red meat . Sometimes I feel totally confused trying to figure things out!

Good luck to you
