I originally posted this question on the O board but now realise there are other Aussie
"types" out there who need to know for their diet as well, so I thought I'd post it again
on the main forum board.
If anyone can help us poor Australians with an answer for all blood types that would be great!
In Australia we all grow up eating a yeast extract spread called vegemite, usually had
on toast or a sandwich.
Ingredients as per the label are:
yeast extract, salt, mineral salt, malt extract, natural colour, vegetable extract,
thiamine, riboflavin, niacin.
I think it's OK for Os but thought I'd get some other input!
