For those of you who believe in muscle testing, here are my
experiences with water:
As soon as my adrenal insufficiency was detected, my
AK lectured me on the extreme importance of always drinking spring
or well water. Distilled, he said, could kill me in a very short time due
to its mineral-flushing qualities. In adrenal insufficiency, the adrenals
cannot produce enough aldosterone to cause the kidneys to retain minerals
in the body, so I was in a kind of constant state of shock, with my blood
pressure consistently below 70/60.
So I bought and drank Ozarka for a year and a half until, guess what? it had
become toxic for me (per a muscle test). Evian was toxic for me as well. After a
few weeks of avoiding Ozarka, it was no longer toxic for me. We hypothesize
that constantly drinking water from one particular source may cause a build up
of whatever is in that particular water.
A number of other waters, including Volvic, showed no toxicity or benefit, but
two that have consistently tested as beneficial for me have been Naya brand, from Canada,
and reverse osmosis water.
So now I try to mix it up, never using one brand exclusively for more than a week.
Keep in mind that muscle testing is a very individualized procedure. Your good
waters are likely to be different from mine.
