I used to like to eat raw hamburger when I was little. I believe the quality was very high, because it tasted good. We had a local butcher and meat plant (I'm a B type). I wouldn't trust the meat in most stores these days to eat raw now, however. Are you concerned with parasites, or bacteria existing in raw meat?
