i am not [yet] on this diet.
but
just discovered mega food allergies. [blood tests/stool anal]
have been on elimination diet for allergies and also yeast realted foods.
all my life had swollen lymph nodes eg chipmunk cheeks
on an otherwise slim face. they are GONE now.
get tested for food allergies.
