What about very rare meat? I like it fairly bloody so the cooking time (usually broiling) is quite short. Also, I eat raw fish (all the highly beneficial ones) in the form of sushi and sashimi at least once a week. I find that sushi more than any other food keeps me feeling balanced and satisfies me completely.
