Type A & Tropical Fruit

I am a type A. I live in rural Kauai and love the delicious bananas, papayas,
and mangoes that we grow here. They are a daily part of my diet
and I have never noticed any negative reaction from them.
Giving them up would break my heart. Can I get more information
about these fruits and their effects? Is there any way to make them
more agreeable fto type A's? Thanks, please post my e-mail direct,
I haven't been able to find my way around this website yet.
