Four pounds do not seem like a lot in my situation. But I guess that is good for such a short time. 80 more to go.
Eat fruit until noon. Have fish or tofu usually for lunch with a vegetable. Dinner is chicken with vegetables or chicken soup or fish or tofu.
I drink bottled water, licorice root tea, hawthorne tea.
