Hair improvements

Improvement in hair quality has astounded me with this diet. My hair has been brittle and generally full of split ends most of my adult life. After a month or two on the diet I noticed that it is very shiney silky and manageable for the first time I can ever remember.It was not a change I was expecting, but it is certainly one I welcome.
