I am really new to alternative health methods
and have been on ER4YT since February.
I cannot praise it highly enough. However,
I keep reading about colon cleansing and
would like to do it, but I'M SCARED!
I'm not familiar with colon cleansings or
most of the products so I'm wondering if
anyone can recommend a proven product
that not only works but won't make me
sick or kill me.
Sorry to be so dramatic, but I have a real
fear here of using products I'm unfamiliar
with and what the results could be.
Thanks for any advice or information.
