The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 4
Check your cookware for a proper "vibration"

In Response To: Cookware - Let me reword the question (Lois)
Okay, this is a bit off topic, but... About 5 years ago I started the McDougall diet, and a colleague gave me a Macrobiotics book as a holiday gift. The whole discussion of cookware really cracked me up because it goes so far beyond whether particular metals are reactive, advising that you cook only over wood fires and at all costs avoid the microwave oven because it gives your good a "chaotic vibration." Good luck in your quest. (As for me, I'm still inclined to think that glass is the least likely to contribute anything undesirable to food, stainless steel second, and either is easier to care for than cast iron.)
