I am going to take advice on my low cholesterol readings with my chiro & acupuncturist -- I look to them rather than to my D.O., who utterly lost my confidence when he pronounced the blood type diets a bunch of nonsense (N.D.'s aren't licensed in NYS! Bleah & phooey!!)! >:-p I have always had low blood pressure, high body temperature, low resting heart rate and a very healthy red blood cell count -- when I say low or high, I mean within a "normal" range. I certainly eat a lot of cholesterol-laden food these days! but my blood cholesterol level does not budge much. Also, I have been spared (phew!) any of the frightening symptoms described in posts above.
hmmm. Food fer thought, folks!! Thanks again. I'll check with my medical buddies & post further. h-g squinting at multi-page lab results
