What can explain the increasing popularity of
Dr. D'Adamo's idea? Nothing comes closer than
the simple success of those who have taken the
advice to heart.
I know when I start proselytizing, people who
have known me for a few years can look at me and
know there is something GOOD going on here.
If anyone will give the "diet" a chance; stick
with it for at least two weeks, they cannot go
back. If they are not convinced by vanity (you
simply start looking better) they will be con-
vinced by how good they feel.
I have found that many times folks are not ready
for this the first time you bring it up. But,
after they observe the progress you continue to
make it starts working within their sub-conscious
and before too long they are back asking questions.
I am continually amazed by how effective the diet
is. I enjoy lifting weights, intensely. And,
I am getting stronger every week. I am increasing
the amount I can lift more in the last four months
than any time in the last ten years. It is
amazing to me the amount of energy and recovery
ability I have. I have been on the diet since
March, 1997. It seems it took about a year to
get the junk out of my system. Something has
definitely changed within me and in a big way.
As I have confidently predicted in the past, this
will all be mainstream thinking within ten years.
The increasing anecdotal evidence, alone, will
bring the idea to more and more people.
Again, my sincerest thanks and appreciation to
Drs. James and Peter D'Adamo.
