Hi,
Since I'm fairly new here (couple of months) I have posted sporadically. I just have to share what happened last week. I saw a few people I hadn't seen for about a year and they just couldn't get over how great I look (I've lost 35lbs). They all wanted to know how I did it and of course I told them. We happened to be having lunch at a mall and when we finished we went straight to the book store where they bought the last four (4) copies of ER4YT available.
I have found a lot of terrific advice on this bulletin board and find the support the regulars give really helps.
