Cookware - Let me reword the question
Posted By: Lois Date: April-30, 1998 at 17:34:43
I was avoiding stainless steel because of nickle toxicity, and I haven't used aluminum for a decade since it was implicated as a factor in Alzheimer's. I know a few potters and am aware of some of the nasty stuff that's in the glazings but am not sure if it leaves traces of stuff in your food. From the standpoint of cookware leaving traces of toxic metals in your carefully selected EY4Rt beneficial foods, does anyone know if other types of cookware are to be avoided? Thanks to those who may offer relevant answers.
