It killed me to cook that poor baby. I have happily
boycotted veal my entire adult life.
I have a wonderful Mennonite community in my area, being
a source for organic free-range (even pork) meats.
I'll pursue the availability of veal, but I'll have to see
them out romping in the field before I buy.
