Hi, Joan & Linda!
I'm just poking my pointy nose in to say: yes, the effect of the meat upon our O systems is HB. However, I avoid veal because of the lives these young critters must endure, in the little while (to us) before we kill them. I jes' doan' like it. Oh, well. The large-animal mass slaughter business is no paragon, but I just can't condone (through purchase) those calf cages.
