CMV is one of the herpes virus', possibly a little worse than Epstein-Barr because it has..or seems to involve more chronic symptoms. I'm taking a slew of remedies and vitamins and trying to stick to the diet as close as I can, at least while I'm sick. Thanks for the help. Jane R.
